 G.L.O.W.  is an acronym for "Gathering Leaders out of the Wilderness." 

What is the Wilderness?

 The wilderness is often seen as a challenging and difficult time; a time of testing and trial that one must endure to grow and become stronger. The wilderness season can be seen as an opportunity to build character and cultivate growth, and ultimately, to break free from captivity and walk in true freedom. However, some individuals may find themselves getting stuck in this wilderness season, unable to move forward and progress. Which can have a significant impact on the way they show up in the world, and affect their  overall well-being. It is important to recognize when one is stuck in the wilderness and to take active steps to move forward and continue on the journey of growth and transformation.
