The G.L.O.W. Academy Journey:

Phase 1: Deconstruction & Heart Healing

This is where spiritual labor begins. God gently dismantles what was built out of pain, protection, and performance while tending to spaces in the heart that have been bruised, buried, or ignored. Identity disruption occurs here—not to destroy you, but to prepare you.

Phase 2: Reconstruction & Identity Strengthening

Here, rebuilding begins. Through inner healing, deliverance, and spiritual discipline, confidence, purity, and purpose are strengthened. Identity is reconstructed from the inside out, and inner leadership begins to take shape. 

 Revised Phase 3: The Revealing 

After deconstruction and reconstruction, clarity begins to surface.
Identity, leadership posture, and direction become more discernible as internal resistance to growth, visibility, and responsibility is gently confronted. This phase prepares the inner life for embodiment by bringing what has been formed in hiddenness into conscious awareness.

Phase 4: The Inner Life Rebrand

 In this final phase, identity is no longer being discovered; it is inhabited. Through the Color Code Rebrand, inner clarity is integrated with outward expression. Leadership presence, confidence, and direction begin to align, allowing clarity to translate into confidence, presence, and direction.
